Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in finance, accounting or related field.
• 5+ years CRE experience.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Strong credit judgment and risk management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with deposit/treasury management and partnerships.
• Knowledge of Chicago CRE market.
• Salesforce and nCino experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Originates large and complex CRE transactions (term, construction, bridge loans, lines of credit) while maintaining credit quality.
• Drive revenue growth by prospecting for new business and expanding existing client relationships.
• Advise clients on banking products and services and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Act as a brand ambassador, building relationships with real estate professionals and supporting visibility through events.
• Collaborate with product teams to deliver client-centric solutions.
