Affinius Capital is seeking a Senior Analyst/Associate to join the Credit Investing team in Dallas, TX. You will originate, underwrite, and manage CRE debt and preferred equity investments across various financing structures.

Based in Dallas, you will perform holistic credit analysis, build detailed financial models, and prepare investment memoranda for the Investment Committee, coordinating due diligence and asset management for a growing portfolio.

• Develop and maintain financial models.
• Assess credit risk across CRE assets.
• Analyze sponsors, business plans, and capital structures.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and underwrite CRE credit opportunities (first mortgages, bridge loans, construction, mezzanine debt, and preferred equity).
• Perform holistic credit analysis of properties, business plans, sponsors, and capital structures.
• Develop detailed financial models and sensitivity analyses.
• Prepare investment memoranda for the IC.
• Coordinate due diligence (appraisals, environmental, engineering reports).
• Manage ongoing portfolio assets.
