Job summary

CREDE Construction Advisory is seeking a Financial & Development Analyst to support acquisition, underwriting, financing, development, and asset management of commercial real estate projects in Texas.

The ideal candidate will enjoy financial modeling, investment analysis, and guiding strategic decisions across a growing portfolio from site due diligence through construction, lease-up, and stabilization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in real estate financial analysis, acquisitions, development, lending, investment management, or related field.
Advanced Excel skills with demonstrated experience building and maintaining financial models.
Strong understanding of real estate finance concepts, including DCF, IRR, equity multiples, cap rates, LTC, LTV, and DSCR.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain acquisition and development financial models.
Analyze project cash flows, returns, financing structures, and investment performance.
Coordinate due diligence efforts and support closing activities.
Assist with entitlement, permitting, and development coordination.
Prepare reports for management, lenders, investors, and project stakeholders.
Monitor market research and portfolio performance.
