Job summary

Affinius Capital is seeking a Senior Analyst/Associate to join the Credit Investing team in Dallas, TX. You will originate, underwrite, and manage CRE debt and preferred equity investments across various financing structures.

Based in Dallas, you will perform holistic credit analysis, build detailed financial models, and prepare investment memoranda for the Investment Committee, coordinating due diligence and asset management for a growing portfolio.

Responsibilities include: evaluating and underwriting new CRE credit opportunities across first mortgage loans, bridge financing, construction, mezzanine debt, and preferred equity; performing holistic credit analysis of properties, business plans, sponsors, and capital structures; developing detailed financial models and sensitivity analyses; preparing investment memoranda for the IC; coordinating due diligence processes including appraisals, environmental and engineering reports; and managing ongoing portfolio assets.The role offers broad exposure across the Credit platform with direct interaction with senior leadership, sponsors, and intermediaries.
