Job summary

Riverside Park Capital is seeking a Senior Loan Originator for a remote role to source, structure, and close CRE bridge loans. You will manage prospecting, sponsor relationships, and a pipeline from inquiry to funding, while coordinating with underwriting and capital partners.

The ideal candidate has strong CRE lending, underwriting, and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of closing complex deals and working independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive PL/CRE debt experience, especially in bridge financing and loan origination.
• Strong financial analysis, risk assessment, and deal structuring abilities.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate lending markets, capital sources, and lending products.
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and borrower/broker engagement skills.
• Proven track record of closing complex CRE transactions and managing a high-volume pipeline.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with loan documentation, regulatory considerations, and underwriting guidelines; bridge/private lending experience is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, real estate, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Source, structure, and close commercial real estate bridge loans.
• Prospect new borrowers and cultivate sponsor/intermediary relationships.
• Manage a deal pipeline from inquiry to funding and coordinate with capital partners.
• Analyze property and borrower information and collaborate with underwriting on risk/pricing.
• Present financing options aligned with client objectives and ensure timely communication.
