Job summary

BOK Financial is hiring a Commercial Relationship Manager III for our Commercial Real Estate team. This role offers autonomy to manage client portfolios, develop new business, and collaborate across the organization to drive growth.

You will build long-term relationships with senior housing, hospitals, physician practices, and medical services, using your lending and credit experience to structure loans, assess risk, and keep regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with 5-7 years in commercial lending or 11-13 years equivalent.
• Experience in relationship management servicing senior housing, hospitals, physician practices, and medical ancillary services.
• Strong financial acumen and credit underwriting skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify new prospects and develop new business.
• Determine client needs using product and service knowledge to enhance their business.
• Use lending expertise to structure loans, mitigate risk, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Use business and credit acumen to get deals approved.
