Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of related experience in real estate lending with private sector and institutional clients.
• Experience in underwriting and risk assessment for project financing including construction and acquisitions.
• Strong sales and cross-selling capabilities for treasury, derivatives, and syndications.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, develop and oversee servicing of Commercial Real Estate clients
• Initiate strategic dialogue with clients around financial and real estate credit needs
• Collaborate with underwriting on analysis, structuring and documentation of credit requests
• Facilitate client discussions regarding CRE and related banking capabilities
• Cross-sell financial products and services
• Assist with client on-boarding including AML and regulatory requirements
