Testing Site - JPMC’s Commercial Term Lending team seeks a Client Associate in New York to drive growth on the multifamily lending sales desk. Build relationships, qualify opportunities, and coordinate loan processes from pre-approval to funding.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience within a commercial real estate firm or other area of financial services (Investment Management, Commercial Banking, Business Banking or Insurance)
• Strong desire to be a contributing member on a sales team or an independent producer
• Proficient in financial concepts and MS Office with strong analytical skills
• Excellent time management, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, ambitious, team player
• Organized and detail oriented; able to follow standard operating policies and procedures
• Able to identify new sources of business by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements

Responsibilities

• Develop strong business relationships through proactive calling of prospects and referrals
• Help implement marketing plans including direct mailings, thought leadership digital mailings, and client events
• Interact with clients to understand their business needs and offer mortgage solutions for real estate portfolios
• Analyze commercial multifamily real estate cash flow and valuation
• Model financial assumptions to select mortgage products
• Set expectations with clients and review timelines from pre-approval to funding
• Drive loan packages through the process by coordinating with internal partners
