Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a seasoned Head of Debt Commercial Real Estate Asset Management in New York. You will lead the asset management function for a $10+ billion CRE debt portfolio, overseeing performance, risk, and value preservation.

You will manage quarterly and annual reviews, loan documentation, and investor/borrower relationships to ensure outstanding service and engagement. You will mentor a team of asset managers and analysts, coordinate with valuations and portfolio management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of CRE debt asset management or related experience.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Strong ability to manage quarterly and annual reviews.
• Deep understanding of CRE valuation methodologies and loan documentation.
• Experience overseeing large, complex portfolios including senior loans and mezzanine positions.
• Excellent customer experience and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute asset management strategies for the CRE debt portfolio.
• Set relationships with Borrowers and Investors to ensure superior service.
• Oversee performance of CRE debt assets, including covenants and collateral.
• Respond to investor requests for portfolio due diligence and updates.
• Manage quarterly and annual review reporting, valuations, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate on mark-to-market for underlying collateral and debt positions.
• Ensure up-to-date documentation supports asset management and risk mitigation.
• Report on Asset Management matters to Real Estate Debt Oversight Committee.
• Lead onboarding and integration of new technology solutions for monitoring and analytics.
