Job summary

Onity Group Inc. seeks a Senior Asset Manager, Commercial Servicing in West Palm Beach. You will oversee CRE loan portfolios, guide Asset Managers, and act as the primary liaison to borrowers and investors while ensuring compliance and performance.

The role demands extensive CRE servicing knowledge, strong financial analysis ability, and leadership experience, with a focus on exceptional customer service and contract adherence.

Qualifications

• Four year degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years CRE loan servicing experience; leadership preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; professional client interaction.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for borrowers and investors; resolve inquiries.
• Monitor loan covenants, escrow, and reserve functions across CRE assets.
• Lead team trainings, mentor Asset Managers, and present to investors.
• Prepare reviews, write-ups, and recommendation packages for borrower requests.
