Qualifications

• Experience analyzing P&L statements and rent rolls.
• Strong Excel modeling skills, including VBA.
• Ability to write clearly and present data-driven insights.
• Familiarity with market intelligence and data visualization.

Responsabilités

• Own the process of analyzing P&L statements and rent rolls.
• Manage and update databases tracking investment sales activity and pipelines.
• Occasionally present analyses and support to clients.
• Review industry surveys, benchmarks, and economic/demographic trends.
• Conduct research and write market intelligence for marketing materials.
• Prepare and present analytical results with graphics and charts.
• Build relationships with team to address market intelligence needs.
• Leverage market intelligence to develop narratives for deals.
• Other duties as assigned.
