Job summary

Hanwha Convergence USA is seeking a Crane Project Manager in the Philadelphia area to lead crane projects from contract through closeout. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, transportation, installation, testing, and commissioning with customers, vendors, and Korea-based teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; equivalent education/experience considered.
• 10+ years of project management experience in construction, industrial equipment, EPC, or related.
• Experience managing cranes, heavy lifting equipment, or complex industrial systems.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Experience coordinating engineering, procurement, fabrication, and site activities.
• Experience working with U.S.-based and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead crane projects from contract award through engineering, procurement, fabrication, transport, installation, commissioning, and closeout.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, resources, and deliverables; manage risks and changes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and customers; lead project meetings.
• Monitor progress against milestones and budgets; implement corrective actions.
• Serve as primary U.S.-based interface between customers, vendors, and Korea-based teams.
• Support development of U.S. crane maintenance, repair, and MRO capabilities.
