Job summary

Lift Solutions Holdings, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee end-to-end crane manufacturing projects, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery within a collaborative cross-functional environment.

You will lead planning, risk management, and customer engagement, coordinating engineering, production, procurement, and installation teams to meet customer specifications and safety standards while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business management or related field.
• 5+ years in project management, preferably crane manufacturing, heavy equipment or industrial engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of crane systems, lifting equipment or similar machinery.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables with customers and internal teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and budgets; monitor progress and risks.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement and installation to meet specs and schedules.
• Drive safety, quality, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
