Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in crane manufacturing or heavy equipment.
• Strong technical knowledge of crane systems and lifting equipment.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as MS Project and Primavera; Agile experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with customers and teams.
• Develop detailed plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor progress and manage risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate between engineering, production, procurement, and installation.
• Maintain client relationships with clear communication.
• Drive process improvements to reduce lead times and improve efficiency.
• Ensure safety and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
