Job summary

The Brock Group seeks a Craft Lead at the Lima Refinery to supervise a single crew, perform and direct installation tasks, and ensure work complies with contractor specifications. You will load, unload and manage materials, coordinate with supervisors and clients, and uphold Brock's safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years craft experience (or 2 years craft plus 1 year supervisory), strong reading of blueprints, and the ability to plan tasks, track hours, and report progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years craft experience or 2 years craft plus 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and determine requirements.
• Strong safety and QA/QC adherence.

Responsibilities

• Promote Brock’s safety culture and lead the crew.
• Conduct pre-job safety planning and toolbox talks.
• Assign work and ensure timely reporting of man-hours and materials.
• Ensure work complies with contract scope, specs, QA/QC.
• Coordinate equipment, loading/unloading, and supplies.
