Job summary

The Brock Group Inc. is seeking a Craft Lead at the Lima Refinery site to supervise a single crew and direct day-to-day craft tasks. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency in all on-site activities, with responsibility for planning, resource allocation, and coordination with client specifications.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of craft experience (or 2 years craft + 1 year supervisory) and strong communication skills to lead a team in a demanding industrial environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in craft; or 2 years’ craft experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and understand specifications, such as blueprints, to determine requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promote Brock’s Bsafe and Bbest culture on site.
• Perform pre-job safety planning and ensure compliance with safety rules.
• Conduct crew and toolbox meetings and assign work.
• Ensure work follows contractor specs and change orders where needed.
• Maintain accurate time records and report man-hours and materials.
