Job summary

Strong communication and blueprint-reading skills are essential for success. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in craft work or 2 years craft plus 1 year in a supervisory role, and the ability to work in varied conditions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or specifications.
• Experience with craft supervision or leading a crew is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a single crew on site.
• Ensure safety rules and pre-job planning are followed.
• Coordinate loading/unloading of materials and equipment.
• Monitor QA/QC and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure work aligns with contractor specs and change orders.
