Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote Brock’s safety culture (Bsafe and Bbest) in all aspects of the business.
• Perform pre-job safety planning and enforce safety rules.
• Conduct crew meetings regularly.
• Ensure compliance with Brock, Contractor, and governmental safety requirements.
• Understand contract scope and change order process; ensure work aligns with customer specs.
