Responsibilities

• Promote Brock safety culture and best practices
• Perform pre-job safety planning and ensure compliance with rules
• Lead toolbox and crew meetings and assign work tasks
• Ensure work complies with contractor specifications and QA/QC
• Monitor loading/unloading and storage of materials and equipment
• Verify accurate time records and material usage
• Plan installation and construction of equipment and structures
• Develop measures to improve production methods and equipment performance
