Toyota Financial Services is seeking a Senior CRA and Fair Lending Analyst to ensure compliance with CRA and fair lending regulations. You will monitor, analyze, and document CRA activities, reporting to the CRA & Fair Lending Officer, and support an effective compliance oversight framework.

The role requires a BA/BS with 3+ years in a regulated setting, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to communicate across business units.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in CRA or fair lending/compliance.
• Knowledge of CRA and Fair Lending regulations.
• Experience in a regulated entity.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Effective cross-unit communication.

Responsabilités

• Analyze CRA and fair lending data to identify trends and risks.
• Maintain records of CRA service hours, investments, and lending.
• Perform quarterly analysis of the retail lending portfolio for CRA standards.
• Collaborate with TMCC to review monitoring results and coordinate follow-up.
• Compile and document regulatory reports for exams and oversight.
• Support the CRA & Fair Lending Officer with research and special projects.
