Job summary

Toyota is seeking a Senior CRA and Fair Lending Analyst to help ensure regulatory compliance by monitoring CRA and fair lending activities. You will turn complex data into actionable insights, maintain audit-ready records, and support management with timely regulatory reporting.

You will collaborate across business units, analyze trends, and assist with research and special projects while advancing fair and equitable lending practices within a leading automotive finance organization.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar field or industry demonstrating analytical and compliance skills.
• Working knowledge of CRA and Fair Lending regulations.
• Experience in a regulated entity with compliance expectations.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to prepare reports and support regulatory compliance initiatives with high accuracy.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate across multiple business units while also working independently.
• Compliance certifications such as CCEP, CCCCP, CRCM, or CAMS are a plus.
• Experience with Kadince software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Turn complex data into actionable insights to support community lending goals.
• Ensure records are audit-ready and lending strategies meet regulatory obligations.
• Analyze CRA and fair lending data to identify trends, gaps, and concerns.
• Maintain records of CRA service hours, investments, and lending activities.
• Perform quarterly analysis of the retail lending portfolio for CRA standards.
• Collaborate with TMCC to review monitoring results and coordinate follow-up.
• Compile and document regulatory reports for management and exams.
• Support the CRA & Fair Lending Officer with research and special projects.
