Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Hardware/Software/Systems Engineering experience.
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of related work experience.
• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of related work experience.
• MS degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of CPU RTL or similar experience.

Responsibilities

• Performance exploration with CPU modeling team.
• Microarchitecture development and detailed specification.
• RTL ownership and refinement for power, performance, area, and timing.
• Functional verification support with the verification team.
• Performance verification to ensure RTL meets goals.
• Design delivery with cross-functional teams covering timing, area, reliability, testability, and power.
• Collaborate with Software, Firmware, and platform teams to enable CPU features.
