You will drive technical tradeoffs, schedule, and design reviews, shaping Qualcomm's custom CPU roadmap while coordinating with Architecture, DV, PD, and CAD teams to ensure timely silicon delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in CPU RTL design, microarchitecture, or related semiconductor development.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams or large technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of CPU RTL engineers responsible for design and delivery of complex CPU subsystems.
• Coordinate architecture, RTL, verification, PD, and program management across cross-functional teams.
• Drive architecture reviews, timing closure, power optimization, and silicon bring‑up.
