Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a CPU Physical Electrical Analysis Engineer to drive electrical analyses at both block and top levels, including static/dynamic IR, EM, and ESD evaluations.

You will verify electrical properties and help shape PDN specifications to meet SOC performance and power targets. You'll collaborate with the PI team to optimize the Power Distribution Network, using EMIR tools such as Redhawk and Voltus, TCL/Perl/Python scripting, and standard PnR flows

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in EE/CE/CS or related field with 4+ years hardware/software experience.
• PhD or MS with related field and required experience as stated in the posting.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive electrical analyses at block and top levels, including static/dynamic IR, EM analysis, and ESD evaluations.
• Ensure thorough verification of electrical properties at both block and top levels.
• Develop power grid specifications aligned with SOC objectives and implement PDN using industry-standard place-and-route tools.
• Collaborate with PI team to enhance overall Power Distribution Network performance.
