Job summary

Talanto is seeking a CPU Memory Design Engineer to help develop high-performance, power-efficient processors. You will design, develop, and optimize SRAMs, caches, register files, ROMs, and advanced memory circuits for CPUs and SoCs.

You will collaborate with architects, circuit designers, physical design engineers, process technologists, and validation teams to deliver memory solutions that boost performance, power efficiency, and silicon density on leading process technologies.

Qualifications

• CMOS circuit design, digital logic optimizations, and circuit trade-offs for power, performance, and area.
• Experience in VLSI circuits and design methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Memory readiness, circuit design, characterization and simulations.
• Cache design, path simulations and design blocks to meet PPA constraints.
• Memory bit-cell and periphery IC design and automation.
• Memory array/IP design, memory circuit innovation.
• Methodology definition and project scheduling.
