Intel Corporation's Memory Circuit Technology team in Austin seeks a Memory Circuit Design Engineer to drive advanced memory circuits for future CPUs and SoCs. You will develop SRAMs, caches, ROMs and other memories, collaborating with architecture, process tech and product engineering.

Intel's CPU Circuit Technology team is seeking a highly motivated Memory Circuit Design Engineer to drive the design and development of advanced memory circuits for future CPU and SoC products. In this role, you will develop full-custom and compiler-based SRAMs, caches, multi-ported register files, ROMs, custom memories, and associated digital circuits. You will partner closely with experts across architecture, design, process technology, physical design, and product engineering to create innovative memory solutions that enable industry-leading power, performance, area (PPA), and scalability on advanced CMOS process technologies. This position offers the opportunity to influence memory architecture decisions, drive circuit innovation, and contribute to technologies that are foundational to Intel's future computing platforms.
Your experience described above must be in the following: Proficiency in CMOS circuit design, memory design, circuit trade-offs for power, performance, and area.
Expertise in Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) circuits and design methodologies.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $164,470.00-269,100.00 USD
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
