• Prepares management reports, analyses, and correspondence on program activities.
• Develops budgets and monitors expenditures.
• Implements program guidelines, procedures, and policies; ensures compliance.
• Plans, assigns, and supervises work; provides training and technical assistance.
• Represents CPS with internal and external stakeholders and trains staff as needed.
