You will work with Project Management, Operations, Estimating, and Procurement to monitor performance and support timely decision-making. The role requires strong Primavera P6 and MS Project skills, experience with CPM scheduling, and the ability to communicate complex schedule information to field teams and senior

Qualificações

• 5+ years of project scheduling or project controls experience, preferably on large capital construction projects.
• Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Experience developing and maintaining detailed CPM construction schedules.
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing, field operations and project execution.
• Ability to perform forecasting, recovery planning, and schedule risk analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed Primavera P6 CPM schedules for large capital construction projects.
• Develop baseline schedules covering engineering, procurement, mobilization, construction, commissioning, turnover & milestones.
• Collaborate with project teams to set durations, logic, sequencing, and work plans.
• Maintain schedules using progress, remaining durations, productivity trends, and site conditions.
• Manage schedules for multiple projects, reporting deadlines and workload priorities.
• Perform critical path and near-critical path analysis; communicate drivers to leadership.
• Identify schedule risks, delays, and constraints; develop recovery and mitigation strategies.
• Integrate subcontractor, vendor, procurement, and client schedules into the overall plan.
• Support project controls reporting with costs, progress, and forecasting data; assist with resource loading.
• Participate in kickoff, baseline reviews, monthly forecasting, and closeout activities.
