Job summary

IANS in Boston is seeking a Senior Consulting Project Manager to lead a portfolio of large, multi‑workstream engagements. This hybrid role requires onsite presence at least two days weekly and occasional travel for client visits.

Reporting to the Director of Consulting Delivery Services, you will shape engagement objectives, draft SOWs, mentor CPMs, and elevate delivery quality by applying AI tools and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of project management experience on large, multi‑phase engagements.
• IT/Cybersecurity familiarity preferred.
• Experience or willingness to apply AI in core work tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dozens of opportunities and projects simultaneously.
• Define engagement objectives with clients and create SOWs with Faculty partners.
• Bridge Sales and Delivery to shape scope and pricing before contracts are signed.
• Mentor new CPMs and contribute to playbooks and best practices.
• Apply AI tools to scoping, planning, status reporting, and deliverables.
