Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting LLC is seeking a hands-on Cybersecurity Manager to lead security engagements for complex client environments in a hybrid on-site and remote setting. You will design cloud security architectures, implement controls, and guide risk and compliance programs across IAM, vulnerability management, and incident response.

Applicants should bring 5+ years in cybersecurity consulting, strong technical foundation in AWS/Azure/GCP security, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in information systems, computer science, mathematics, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Big 4 or related consulting/professional services experience with hands‑on cybersecurity engineering and advisory expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM program maturity assessments and governance across on‑prem and cloud environments.
• Design cloud security architectures for AWS, Azure, and GCP with identity federation, segmentation, encryption, and logging.
• Implement controls for containers, IaC, and serverless with focus on workload identity and policy‑as‑code.
• Develop threat models and perform risk assessments using MITRE ATT&CK framework across client environments.
• Mentor and coordinate cross‑functional project teams to ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables.
