Job summary

ASR International is seeking an experienced Principal CPI Analyst IV to lead continuous process-improvement initiatives for MARCORLOGCOM SECREP management. The role focuses on Lean Six Sigma, data-driven analysis, and facilitating WIPTs to improve supply-chain efficiency.

The position requires a Master’s degree and a valid Six Sigma Master Black Belt, with 10–12 years of CPI leadership in military logistics, plus the ability to obtain SECRET clearance by Day 1 Ready.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Logistics Management, Statistics, or related discipline.
• Valid, current Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification held for at least five consecutive years.
• 10–12 years leading process-improvement efforts across logistics assignments.
• 5–6 years of CPI experience with military wholesale and retail logistics supporting Reparable (Class IX) operations.
• 5–6 years using statistical methods and models to optimize supply-chain performance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate CPI meetings and projects across CSM and SECREP operations.
• Brief the SECREP WIPT and the Enterprise CSM Metrics Scorecard.
• Document minutes, POA&M, and action items; develop actions and courses of action.
• Develop data-extraction tools and analyze metrics to improve supply-chain performance.
• Collaborate with Government customers to refine metrics and targets.
