Job summary

Anglicotech, LLC, an established veteran-owned small business, seeks a Principal CPI Analyst IV in Albany, GA. Lead senior CPI initiatives, drive metrics governance, and modernize SECREP processes across MEF/MARFORRES/MARCORLOGCOM. Requires 10–12 years CPI leadership in logistics and DoD SECREP experience, with Lean Six Sigma mastery and a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

Master’s degree required in a relevant field.
Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification for at least five consecutive years.
10–12 years leading CPI and process improvement initiatives in logistics.
5–6 years CPI experience supporting Marine Corps/DoD SECREP operations.
Strong ability to analyze complex problems, gather data, and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead CPI activities using Lean Six Sigma to improve SECREP management and logistics performance.
Develop and maintain enterprise CPI processes, ensuring data integrity.
Facilitate SECREP WIPT sessions and brief enterprise Scorecard briefs to senior stakeholders.
Analyze CSM business architecture and develop COAs/POA&Ms to improve performance.
Develop and maintain analytical tools extracting data from Marine Corps systems.
Provide CPI and metrics expertise to Government leadership and coordinate planning.
