Job summary

Cherokee Federal seeks a Principal CPI Analyst IV to lead Lean Six Sigma-based process improvements for Marine Corps supply-chain and SECREP operations. The role requires active SECRET clearance and provides duties spanning data analytics, change management, and stakeholder engagement.

Applicants should have a Master Black Belt, 10–12 years of CPI experience, and deep knowledge of Marine Corps processes. This is a full-time on-site position in Albany, GA with eligible benefits.

Qualifications

• Secret Clearance required.
• Master Black Belt certification for at least five consecutive years.
• 10–12 years leading CPI initiatives across logistics.
• 5–6 years in military wholesale/retail logistics.
• 5–6 years applying statistics to improve supply-chain performance.
• Knowledge of Marine Corps supply-chain and Reparable Program processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead CPI initiatives using Lean Six Sigma to improve processes.
• Provide project management and change-management support for government customers.
• Facilitate CPI meetings, working groups, and stakeholder engagements.
• Develop data-extraction tools for supply-chain visibility.
• Analyze metrics and develop actionable recommendations and POAMs.
• Prepare briefings, position papers, and policy inputs.
