Job summary

E Logic seeks a Principal CPI Analyst IV to lead CPI initiatives for MARCORLOGCOM in Albany, GA. This role requires a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma expertise, data analytics, and supply chain process improvement to support strategic logistics services.

Responsibilities include coordinating CPI activities, presenting metrics, and developing actionable COAs and POA&Ms while ensuring data integrity and effective communications with government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a relevant field.
• Possess a valid, current Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification, and have held that certification for at least 5 consecutive years.
• Ability to obtain SECRET Level Security Clearance by Day 1 Ready.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Lean Six Sigma process improvement methodologies to facilitate Continuous Process Improvement (CPI).
• Provide project and change management support to the Government customer.
• Facilitate CPI-related meetings and projects.
• Develop and provide briefings and documents such as position papers in support of CPI initiatives.
• Conduct root-cause investigations and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to develop COAs and POA&M.
• Develop and maintain tools that extract data from systems utilized in the management of the Marine Corps supply chains and provide visibility of key performance metrics.
• Collect metrics data, perform calculations, develop statistical summaries, and perform trend analysis and assessment of the Supply Chain.
• Utilize statistical tools to test hypotheses and develop models to forecast upcoming trends in metrics.
• Develop, refine, standardize, and execute processes that ensure metrics data integrity.
• Collaborate with the Government customer to develop, refine, and update metrics and develop targets for metrics.
• Develop responses to data calls and analysis requirements for SECREPs.
• Conduct RIP visits as needed in support of CPI initiatives.
• Analyze Situation Reports and maintain communication with stakeholders during all phases of process evaluation and improvement.
• Maintain SECREP metrics data history and archive.
