Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures in Albany, GA on-site at a Government facility seeks a Principal CPI Analyst IV to own the Enterprise CSM Metrics Scorecard and lead Lean Six Sigma process improvement across the Marine Corps reparable supply chain.

The role requires extensive experience with statistical methods, data extraction from government systems, and briefing to the SECREP Working IPT. SECRET clearance readiness is required.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (business administration, logistics management, statistics, or similar).
• Valid, current Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification, held for at least five consecutive years.
• 10–12 years leading process improvement across logistics assignments.
• 5–6 years of process improvement with military wholesale/retail logistics in Reparable (Class IX).
• 5–6 years using statistical methods and models to optimize supply chain processes.
• Ability to obtain a SECRET clearance by Day 1 Ready; eligible for a CAC and favorable NACI.

Aufgaben

• Use Lean Six Sigma to drive Continuous Process Improvement across the CSM program.
• Facilitate SECREP WIPT; brief Enterprise CSM Metrics Scorecard; capture actions in minutes and POA&M.
• Develop, maintain, validate, and archive the Enterprise CSM Metrics Scorecard monthly.
• Build tools to extract data from Marine Corps systems for KPI visibility.
• Collect metrics, perform calculations, develop summaries, and trend analysis across the supply chain.
• Use statistics (DOE, hypothesis tests, correlation, regression) to test hypotheses and forecast trends.
• Conduct root-cause investigations and value stream mapping to develop COAs and Milestones.
• Develop and execute processes to ensure data integrity; refine metrics with Government.
• Develop responses to data calls; input into policy changes; facilitate them.
• Conduct RIP site visits; analyze RIP reports; maintain stakeholder comms.
