Cherokee Federal in Albany, GA is seeking a Business Analyst – Integration to support Marine Corps SECREP operations by analyzing supply-chain processes, architecture, and policy implications. The role requires an active SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain one.

You will assist with change-management planning, develop courses of action, briefings, and stakeholder communications, and help optimize logistics metrics while applying applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or qualifying combination of education and training.
• 1–2 years of experience supporting military wholesale and retail reparable or consumable logistics.
• Experience managing ground-equipment secondary items.
• Experience with performance-management frameworks, metrics management, SECREP sourcing, source-of-repair processes, or SECREP wholesale pricing.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Integration Analyst in analyzing supply-chain processes and architecture.
• Identify opportunities to integrate supply-chain functions and strengthen SECREP support.
• Assist with development of courses of action, policy recommendations, briefings, and stakeholder communications.
• Assist with change-management planning and implementation for supply-chain improvement initiatives.
• Support facilitation of meetings, working groups, and conferences focused on supply-chain integration.
• Conduct analysis of logistics metrics, operational processes, inventory performance, sourcing, and related business requirements.
