Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking an analyst to support retail maintenance and SECREP sourcing across Marine Corps reparable-management activities. The role emphasizes functional analysis of maintenance processes, actionable recommendations, and data-driven support for Government decisions.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in military wholesale/retail logistics and be eligible for a SECRET clearance. The position involves evaluating performance metrics and influencing logistics policies while working

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or qualifying combination of post-high-school education and training.
• Three to five years of experience in military wholesale and retail reparable or consumable logistics.
• Three to five years of experience managing ground-equipment secondary items.
• Three to five years of experience in metrics management, SECREP sourcing, source-of-repair processes, or wholesale pricing.
• One to two years of experience using performance-management frameworks.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.
• This position requires an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance to be considered.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer; may occasionally require standing or moving about the office for extended periods.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.

Responsibilities

• Analyze retail maintenance, repair, and supply-chain processes affecting SECREP readiness and availability.
• Develop recommended courses of action to improve maintenance-related supply-chain performance.
• Provide analysis used by Government personnel to support retail and wholesale maintenance decisions.
• Evaluate maintenance failure rates, repair cycle times, washout rates, source-of-repair processes, and related performance metrics.
• Support responses to Government data calls and analysis requests.
• Prepare briefings, summaries, documents, and recommendations related to SECREP supply-chain improvement.
• Recommend changes to logistics policies, procedures, and business rules.
