Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking a Lead Integration Business Analyst to advance SECREP logistics initiatives in support of Marine Corps supply chains. You will analyze architecture, drive integration opportunities, and oversee change-management efforts across modernization programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education/experience.
• 5–6 years of SECREP logistics or supply-chain analysis experience.
• Experience managing SECREP support programs.
• Experience with military wholesale and retail SECREP management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.
• Experience operating in complex operational and fiscal environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of supply-chain architecture, integration opportunities, and business processes.
• Develop courses of action to integrate supply chains and improve SECREP lifecycle support.
• Provide change-management support for integration and modernization initiatives.
• Develop policy recommendations to improve integration and performance.
• Prepare executive briefings, decision documents, and related communications.
• Facilitate meetings and stakeholder engagements supporting integration initiatives.
• Coordinate with Government customers, RIP points of contact, supply-chain stakeholders, and business analysts.
• Ensure integration efforts align with logistics policies, program objectives, readiness requirements, and fiscal considerations.
