Job summary

Fractal is seeking a senior, client-facing Account Growth Manager to own the AI Engineering workstream across key CPG accounts. You will drive growth through strategic relationships, revenue expansion, and solution selling, partnering with delivery, analytics, and marketing teams to ensure client success.

Location is SouthFlorida with 4-5 days onsite and travel as needed. MBA and 8–12 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in account management, client services, or sales within the CPG domain.
• Proven track record of managing and growing multi-million-dollar accounts in data, analytics, or consulting environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned CPG accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders across marketing, sales, supply chain, and insights functions.
• Understand clients’ strategic priorities and align solutions to their objectives.
• Own revenue and growth targets for assigned accounts; identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies and quarterly business plans.
• Partner with internal delivery and solutions teams to create value propositions for client challenges.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to new client generation in the CPG sector.
• Support proposal creation, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to position offerings in the CPG market.
• Ensure delivery excellence through governance and performance reviews.
• Monitor client satisfaction metrics and lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Work with finance, delivery, and contracts teams to manage pricing, billing, and renewals.
