Job summary

Acosta is seeking a hybrid business insights lead based in Oak Brook, IL. You will head the partnership between Acosta and our client to deliver advanced, insight-driven analytical solutions that generate actionable insights and profitable recommendations.

You will work with cross-functional teams, analyze complex data, and build compelling presentations using syndicated and shopper data to drive KPI improvements and scorecard reporting.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of the CPG industry and data sources.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data and provide proactive guidance addressing product, pricing, promotion, and placement for the General Merchandise category.
• Lead the category review process with cross-functional teams for a complete category management solution.
• Build compelling sales presentations using syndicated data, shopper data, and other sources for in-depth analysis and actionable solutions.
• Understand client KPIs that drive profit and sales and deliver data reports to the scorecard or validate progress.
• Collaborate with clients and business managers, setting up regular meetings to be a trusted advisor.
• Summarize results of analyses and create case studies and success stories.
