Job summary

Hasbro in Boston is seeking a Director, Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment (CPFR) to lead our Target partnership and drive in-stock availability, revenue growth, and optimized inventory across the North American retail channel.

You will translate retail demand signals, POS trends, and inventory insights into actionable business recommendations, leading cross-functional planning with Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Flow Planning, Logistics, and Customer Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and executive influence skills.
• Experience with retail account management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead CPFR activities with Target, serving as the primary strategic contact.
• Build relationships with Target leaders to align priorities and optimize retail performance.
• Partner with Hasbro’s Sales, Demand Planning, and Flow Planning to support account strategies and revenue growth.
• Translate retail demand signals, inventory insights and promotional plans into actionable recommendations.
• Lead reviews on inventory health, replenishment performance, and service levels.
• Identify risks and drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders.
