Job summary

ZURU is seeking a CPFR Manager for ZURU Edge in Rogers, AR to strengthen partnerships with Walmart and optimize inventory, reporting and replenishment. You’ll own joint business planning, lead S&OP, and drive data-driven decisions that improve OTIF and stock health.

In this customer-facing role, you’ll mentor analysts, develop dashboards, and ensure precise item setup and feature-order supply. This is a fast-paced, office-based opportunity with room to grow within a founder-owned, fast-moving

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in CPFR, supply chain or replenishment roles.
Strong customer-facing experience with major retailers (Walmart preferred).
Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

Joint business planning with retailers to align inventory strategies and promotions.
Lead S&OP, manage demand and supply planning cycles, communicate risks.
Own custom reporting for replenishment managers and build dashboards/KPIs (OTIF, inventory health, sell-through).
Protect in-stock levels and manage outages, including manual orders when needed.
Lead item maintenance with Walmart to ensure correct setup and orderability.
Manage supply for feature orders and oversee inventory transfers between IDCs.
Plan and manage Walmart resets and feature events to meet dates.
Oversee Walmart.com fulfillment (D2C, store pickup, WFS) and monitor in-store times.
Lead responses to supply chain disruptions and mentor analysts.
