Job summary

MGA Entertainment, Inc. seeks a Senior CPFR Planner to own end-to-end planning for assigned retail customers and channels. You will forecast, replenish, manage orders, and optimize inventory across functions to meet customer service and financial goals.

The role requires collaboration with Sales, Supply Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, and Operations, with AI-enabled forecasting and advanced analytics to improve forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CPFR, Demand Planning or related planning roles.
• Experience with end-to-end supply chain processes: demand planning, replenishment, inventory, order execution.
• CPG experience preferred; national retail exposure highly desirable.
• Strong ability to analyze data, identify insights, and drive actions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer planning from demand to fulfillment.
• Develop collaborative forecasts using statistical models and AI insights.
• Lead CPFR meetings with internal/external partners.
• Monitor inventory, service levels, and forecast accuracy; drive improvements.
