Job summary

MGA Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a Senior CPFR Planner to own end-to-end planning for assigned retail customers and channels, from forecast through replenishment. You will partner with Sales Leads to build collaborative demand plans using statistical models, AI tools, POS trends, and customer insight.

You will lead CPFR meetings, manage inventory and allocation during constraints, and publish KPI dashboards while driving improvements in planning systems and automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CPFR, Demand Planning, Customer Supply Chain, Sales Operations, or related planning roles.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain incl. demand planning, replenishment, and inventory management.
• Strong analytical, root-cause, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams and customers.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer planning from demand planning through replenishment.
• Serve as the primary Operations contact for assigned Sales Leads and retail customers.
• Lead CPFR meetings and build partnerships with customer replenishment teams.
• Build SKU-level forecasts using statistical models, AI-enabled tools, POS, promotions, and seasonality.
• Forecast new launches, transitions, and discontinued items using product lifecycle insight.
• Own chase and cancel management and coordinate allocation during supply constraints.
• Monitor inventory, weeks of supply, fill rates, and service levels and recommend action.
• Represent customer portfolio in monthly S&OP and drive forecast consensus.
• Publish KPIs including WMAPE, bias, fill rate, OTIF, and inventory health; lead root cause analysis.
• Drive process improvement and guide implementation of new planning systems and AI tools.
