Qualifications

Active CPA license.
7+ years of progressive accounting experience with project/implementation work.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
Experience with ERP, billing, or fixed asset system implementations.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of a fixed asset system from requirements gathering to go-live.
Lead improvements to billing systems to boost accuracy, efficiency and cash flow.
Partner with IT, operations, and vendors to deliver systems on time and within scope.
Document new processes, controls, and training materials.
Integrate and standardize accounting policies across subsidiaries.
Support international compliance and growth initiatives, including transfer pricing coordination.
