ZenaTech Inc. seeks a Financial Controller to oversee global accounting and financial operations for a multinational manufacturing and services group. You will ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS where applicable, and SEC reporting while strengthening internal controls and governance.

Lead the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of financial statements, manage SEC filings, and guide a high-performing finance team across geographies to optimize profitability and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Requires CPA/CA/ACCA credential and a strong foundation in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.
• Proven experience with multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations and ERP systems.
• Experience leading a global finance team and coordinating with auditors.
• Ability to implement process improvements and automate finance operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead consolidation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and local regs.
• Oversee all SEC filings and disclosures; coordinate with external auditors.
• Manage SOX controls and documentation across entities; ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
• Direct global accounting functions: GL, fixed assets, cost accounting, payables/receivables, payroll.
• Drive efficiency through process improvements and ERP enhancements.
