Job summary

unizontechnology is seeking a Senior Accountant III (CPA) with strong Workday Financials expertise to independently manage month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and complex accounting functions. Healthcare accounting experience is preferred and collaboration with leadership is essential.

The role requires CPA licensure, 4+ years of accounting experience (or 2+ with a Master's), and hands-on Workday experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance plus 4+ years of accounting experience, or Master's with 2+ years.
• Active CPA License required.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Financials.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end and year-end close
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, allocations, and adjusting entries
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations
• Financial statement preparation and reporting
