Job summary

Array is seeking a Senior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and the financial close, ensuring accurate US GAAP reporting. You will partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage reconciliations, reporting, and audit readiness, with exposure to ERP systems, Workday, and Power BI. CPA or eligibility preferred, with an emphasis on continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel.
• CPA certification or CPA eligibility.
• Public accounting experience.
• Workday experience.
• Power BI experience.
• Experience supporting external audits and tax compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, investigate reconciling items, and resolve differences.
• Maintain accounting schedules for prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accruals, and other GL accounts.
• Support sales commission accounting, including calculations, reconciliations, accruals, and reporting.
• Review invoices, expense reports, and other transactions for proper coding and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with AP/AR and business stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, management reporting packages, and variance analyses.
• Support audits and tax compliance by preparing schedules and responding to requests.
• Assist with sales tax, property tax, and other regulatory filings.
• Participate in process improvement, ERP optimization, and reporting enhancements.
• Complete ad hoc analyses and special projects.
