Job summary

INPAX Shipping Solutions Inc. is seeking a Courier Sales Representative (Business Development) in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on acquiring new customers for regional transportation and final-mile delivery, with a base salary of $80,000 plus uncapped commissions.

You will prospect daily, build a strong sales pipeline, conduct client meetings, and collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding. This is a field-based, growth-focused role aimed at expanding our Southeast presence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven history of generating new business.
• Hunter mentality with strong competitive drive.
• Comfortable making cold calls and developing opportunities from scratch.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and CRM skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new customers daily through cold calls, networking, referrals, email, and in-person visits.
• Develop relationships with logistics managers, distribution centers, manufacturers, healthcare organizations, retailers, and commercial businesses.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Conduct customer meetings and presentations.
• Prepare pricing proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with operations to onboard new accounts.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Represent the company professionally throughout the marketplace.
