Job summary
Forgent Power is seeking a Senior Analyst – Coupa to lead the Coupa procure-to-pay platform as the senior technical and functional owner. The role drives platform evolution, configurations, security, and release management, and partners with Finance and Procurement to improve efficiency, data integrity, and compliance from requisition through payment.
The ideal candidate brings deep Coupa expertise, independence, and acts as a trusted advisor to IT, business process owners, and suppliers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IS/CS/Finance or related field.
- 5+ years hands-on experience administering/supporting enterprise procure-to-pay platforms, including 3+ years as Coupa admin/analyst.
- Experience leading system implementations, module rollouts, or major enhancements from requirements to deployment.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end procure‑to‑pay processes and integration points with ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Own Coupa platform roadmap in partnership with Finance/Procurement leadership.
- Serve as primary technical contact with Coupa, manage customer success and escalations.
- Establish platform governance, change intake, and testing protocols.
- Lead Coupa projects end-to-end: rollouts, onboarding, and process redesign.
